Course Outline
This change management course will equip you with techniques that will enable successful change. This change can be instigated from within the organization or imposed by external factors. Either way, change management needs to win over the hearts and minds of team members to enable success. This, in turn, requires the change leader to understand the motivational triggers for each team member and to be flexible and creative in satisfying these motivations so that a positive outcome is achieved for all parties.
